My Signature Treatment: 
Core Release - Energetic Muscular Therapy
 
Energetic Muscular Therapy is a term I coined and use to describe a combination of various massage modalities. These modalities are understood somewhat by some of the following coined terms: Trigger point, acupressure, vibration, range of motion (ROM), craniosacral-type work, Reiki-type holding patterns, Jin Shin Do-type holding patterns, structural integration and/or myofascial release. The combinations used are highly individualized depending on what is needed. These sessions are deeply relaxing and especially releasing of muscular holding patterns and injuries. These sessions are done while the client is fully clothed. Please come wearing stretchable, breathable clothing (cotton is best) such as worn for jogging or yoga. Family Constellations
 
I'm not a Family Constellation facilitator. But I refer people to these sessions regularly, as they really help with physical, emotional, and health issues. I sometimes do a type of constellation during a bodywork session if the client is open to it and if it comes up as needed.
 
Are you stuck in old patterns? Have you tried counseling, affirmations, and other forms of treatment to help you break free of those patterns? If they haven't worked, then this type of powerful energetic work may very well help. This work has been highly rewarding and made significant shifts in my personal and professional life. The work takes place with several attendees in a group setting. Family Constellations work is difficult to describe, but the best way to describe it is that it restores the bonds of love in the family lineage, helps us understand, on an intrinsic level, how a dysfunction in the family comes from taking on roles that were never ours to take in the first place. We become freed of roles we once played and begin to discover who we really are and what we really want in life. Powerful stuff!
 
Workshops are designed for individuals and couples interested in solving serious issues, relieving suffering and finding a solid foundation for new directions in their lives.  Family Constellations is rapidly revolutionizing the personal growth field in Europe and is gaining widespread recognition in the US.  This work reveals the hidden patterns and entanglements, which disrupt the natural flow of love from generation to generation.  These unseen family entanglements are found behind most personal and even professional issues.

Workshops can enable participants to resolve painful misunderstandings with partners and family relationships; break generational cycles of alienation, suffering, abuse and dysfunction; deal positively with the severe illness and/or death of family members; reveal underlying sources of physical and emotional suffering and take steps toward healing, (i.e., migraine, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, asthma); solve parenting and painful family situations, (i.e., divorce, infertility, abortion, miscarriage, stillborn births); make choices regarding career and employment.  Workshop participants are frequently surprised and deeply touched when the unconscious love connections or entanglements are revealed.  Restructuring these imbalances and bringing harmony to the family system can effectively address emotional, mental and physical suffering by restoring the flow of love to our lives.

Workshops are also designed for therapists, psychiatrists, social workers, physicians, nurses and other health care professionals seeking to enrich their practice with highly effective tools and new insights about disease, individual issues and human behavior.
